WHAT TO EXPECT

Dobbs Ferry is getting a new home for the performing arts. MorDance, a nationally recognized professional ballet company, is turning 7,000 square feet at 145 Palisade Street into the MorDance Performing Arts & Cultural Center. It will have a 150-seat theater, dance studios and a gallery for local artists. It will be the village’s first dedicated performance venue since the Pickwick Theatre closed in 1982.

Before construction begins, we’re opening the doors for a relaxed evening of wine, cheese and conversation. Come see the space as it is today, picture what it will become, and meet the people building it.

  • Tour the space that will become the 150-seat theater, studios and gallery.

  • Meet the dancers and team and hear what's coming in 2027.

  • Wine, cheese and conversation with neighbors and local business leaders.

  • Bring a friend or colleague who would love to see it too.
