Joanna Quinn - Drums

Joanna Quinn is a Queens based drummer, educator,and nonprofit employee at a local Hunger Relief Organization, who has been drumming in bands since they were 8 years old. Hailing from Maine originally, Joanna comes from a family of educators and grew up surrounded by music. In the past 6 years, they have performed, toured, and recorded in over a dozen projects spanning indie rock, folk, jazz, experimental, and musical theater genres. Some of these projects include Youbet, Vansire, Lady Lamb, Locate S1, Benét, and My Wonderful Boyfriend. They teach drum lessons in Ridgewood, Queens and enjoy concertgoing, gardening, watching scary movies, and spending quality time with their adorable cat.
