Julia Lipari was born in Westchester, New York and began dancing both ballet and Isadora Duncan from a young age under the direction of Carrie Tron. She continued her ballet training privately with Diana White then later on with Rachel Hamrick, Fabrice Herrault and Isabelle Guerin. In 2014, she was accepted in the Paris Opera Ballet School and studied ballet under Artistic Director, Elizabeth Platel. Upon her return, she continued her training at Ballet Academy East with Darla Hoover, where she performed in Coppelia Act III choreographed by Roger Van Fleteren, George Balanchine’s Raymonda Variations and new choreography by Claudia Schreier. In 2016, she continued her training at the Jaqualeine Kennedy Onasis School with Cynthia Harvey where she performed in Paquita (Pas de Trois) and La Source during their Spring Performance. In 2017, she danced at the David Koch Theater for Benjamin Millepied’s Promenade Ballet. Julia has danced at numerous summer intensives both in the states and abroad, including Miami City Ballet, Boston Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, San Fransisco Ballet, Tulsa Ballet and the Dutch National Summer school. She is currently training with Cheryl Yeager and dancing with MorDance.
